I came across these 2 extreme persons today. A certain colleague was describing her encounter to me. Therefore, I've derived that there are a few of these around in every office. One is the Taiji Grand Master and the other is the Kan Chiong Spider. Let me with no further ado introduce these 2 highlights of the day.

The Taiji Grand Master
He is one that is outwardly very mild, with much composure. Someone who's not a threat to anyone, someone who's a goody 2 shoes infront of others, constantly saving his "taiji" energy to it's fullest potential. When things arises, he would use those stored energy of "taiji" essence and pushes all tasks, blames to others, causing those around him to be injured terribly. The best thing that he does is to teh gong (act blur).

The Kan Chiong Spider
He is the one that constantly behaves busy even though he is not. Despite having 8 legs is not enough, he must have more. When he finishes doing something, he will find other things to do, to keep his many legs busy. Constantly very uptight and nervous about situations, fearing that he would be put to blame. The best asset is to give others more tasks to do too. He will bug you until a certain task is done, regardless of how unimportant a task may be. The task certainly will enhance portfolio at work and for his superior to take notice of him. His relationship with people sometimes can become strained because of the fear that he would hand down more task to whomever that he deems fits to the task. He may be anyone around, but certainly this person can be found anywhere in the world, in any office.

I can say that everyone feels that these 2 categories of person is both of the extreme and might be familiar to you. Keep a lookout for them and you will be surprised to find them surrounding you.
