Not that I don't want to be flexible about things and I know sometimes I may seem to be the "pai lang" to get things done. I seem to be forcing ppl up the wall and people really cannot take it already, but also must understand, that I also have instructions from people to carry wor. If I don't do, then I will also kena shit from ppl. Hai~ I also want to be flexible and decide and not pamper people so much. Probably I'm not cut out for these kinda administrative job, but it's the thing that I've worked on for the past few years. I hate administrative but the fear of stepping into other career paths just hinders me from doing what is best for myself. Still many things to learn and not be so "straight" in mindset and just blindly carry out instructions. What to do, got to learn loh. Hate to do but still got to do loh. See how it goes bah...
